The pressure-compensated 3-way throttle valve allows a constant fluid flow to be set at port A regardless of pressure fluctuations. The excess flow is directed to port B, which can be used as a second service port or return port to a vessel.
When port B is used as a second service port, the pressure must not exceed the pressure at port A.
The check valve allows the free flow of hydraulic fluid in the direction from A to P.
