Fly maggot control agent
Fly tomb 4 GR is a highly effective maggot control agent for treating fly breeding places, such as manure or deep litter storage. It prevents the development of flies in the maggot stage and achieves sustainable control success.
Areas of application:
Slatted floors, lying areas, nesting passages, running corners, calf corners
Application in the watering process: Liquid manure channel, which is used by the Use a watering can or backpack sprayer to wet the manure collections and edge areas of the calf boxes (approx. 1/2 m wide) that animals do not walk on.
Application in the spreading process: Sprinkle the areas in the deep litter infested with fly maggots with Fly tomb.< br>The fly population declines 10-20 days after initial treatment. Fly tomb 4GR must therefore be used regularly and early. Only thorough treatment of all fly breeding sites will bring success. The treatment should be repeated every 14 days.
The period can be extended up to a maximum of 21 days if the manure growth is low. Begin the first treatment 5 days after mucking out.
Attention: In order to curb the proliferation of flies in the following days and weeks, a fly control agent must be used in combination with Fly tomb. Our LD 100 line is the ideal combination for this.
