With this combination mill you can experiment flexibly - today flaked delicious oat flakes for muesli or power bars and later baked a sponge cake made from einkorn flour - there are no limits to you. One turn of the funnel is enough to set the desired fineness. ~
Easy to use, you can open the grinder in no time and without any tools. ~
The combination device contains the two classics FIDIBUS 21 and the FLICFLOC is installed. In the flaker, two conical and naturally nickel-free stainless steel rollers rotate in high-quality
ball bearings, the grain mill has a 250 watt industrial motor and self-sharpening grinding stones made of corundum ceramic that grind 100 g of fine flour per minute. ~
Whether green kernel, Barley or spelled - 850 g of soft grain fits into the funnel. Enough to prepare 1 kg of wholemeal bread. ~
The flaker's funnel holds up to 190 g of oats and quickly conjures up fresh flakes for your morning muesli. ~
