  The gel contains alcohol, which when evaporated creates a pleasant coolness that helps relieve muscle and joint pain and inflammation. COOL Muscle Joint Gel helps with strains, bruises and sprains. The gel has a relaxing effect on sore and hardened muscles. The selected formula with arnica extract, menthol and camphor supports regeneration after sporting activity and overuse of the muscles and joints.
  
  Application: ~
  Apply to the affected area several times a day if necessary Apply and rub in gently. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Only for external use. Apply only to intact skin. After application, do not cover the skin tightly. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use for children and definitely avoid eye contact.
