FAIE grants you a 30-day right of return - completely free of charge*.

Check your ordered goods at home in peace! You can check everything you have ordered and return it within 30 days if you are not satisfied!

*Excluded from this are pro rata costs for freight forwarding, items with a stated transportation flat rate and returns from outside Austria.

Money-back guarantee

If a product does not meet your expectations - no problem! We will gladly take it back or exchange it within 30 days. This does not apply to special orders and goods that have been cut to length.

Parcels up to 10 kg:

You can send these parcels back to us at Austrian Post - free of charge for you - WITHOUT a returns label. However, you can also print out a returns label.

Parcels up to 31.5 kg:

You can send these parcels back to us - free of charge for you - via Austrian Post.

IMPORTANT: However, you MUST have a return label for this! You can generate one here:

Parcels over 31.5 kg: Please call!

For parcels over 31.5 kg or goods delivered on pallets, please call us BEFORE returning the goods. You can reach us at +43 7672 / 716-0

For environmental and sustainability reasons, we do not include shipping labels with our parcels as standard, as this would represent an unnecessary burden on the environment given our very low returns rate.

Important information:

Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods.
Please return the goods to us - if possible - in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. However, the use of the original packaging is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal!
Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
We reserve the right to deduct up to 10% of the value of the goods, but at least €15, from the amount credited or to be returned for any necessary cleaning or reconditioning of the returned goods.
