?The pasteurizer model PE200 is used for pasteurizing juice and filling it into bottles or bag-in-box. The nominal output is 200L/h, the diameter is 600 mm and the height is 1650 mm, the length is 720 mm, the weight is 63 kg. Material: stainless steel AISI304 electric Power: 18 kW, 400V, 32A
Standard equipment:-A container with 100 L capacity for water and 70 L juice.-A tubular heat exchanger.-Analog thermometer for water-two bottle filling valves, ~-Digital thermometer for juice ~-Height-adjustable feet- Inlet ball valve 1/2" - A sensor for monitoring the juice level - Two electric heaters with an output of 9 kW each are available - The control panel is IP65 certified and is used for temperature control - A dust cover
Usage: ~Fill the tank with water up to the water level sensor and turn on the pasteurizer at the control panel. The green light should be on. ~Set the temperature to about 5C below the desired pasteurization temperature, which is usually between 79C and 82C. Heating the water takes 20-30 minutes. Once the green light turns off, the temperature is reached. Fill the upper tank with juice and turn on the digital thermometer to check the juice temperature. Open the outlet valve and take a bottle to press it onto the filling nozzle . ~

Bag-in-box table with filler and scales for 124910

To assemble the bag in box table, first empty the top tank to avoid burns from hot juice. Disconnect the silicone hoses that are connected to the filling device. Unscrew the DN15 nut and remove the bottle filling table. Place the bag in box table and tighten the DN15 nut. Fill the upper tank with juice. Place a bag and switch on the scale. Check the juice temperature. When the desired temperature is reached, start filling the Bag in Box bags.
