FAIE and Hektar Nektar – Together for bees and agriculture
It won't be a walk in the park, but no pain, no gain!
For almost 60 years, we have been supporting farmers and FAIE customers in their daily work. FAIE supplies supplies for the entire agricultural sector and beyond. Together with you, we are agriculture.
Today, we face a common challenge that cannot be solved by acting alone. Changes in environmental conditions in recent years have led to a drastic reduction in the habitat available to the most industrious and important insects of our time. Bees today face a difficult time defending their place in the modern ecosystem. Plagued by disease and a lack of flowering plants as food sources, their population is declining. However, bees make an important contribution to agriculture and society. As pollinators, they contribute to fruit production and provide us with honey and numerous medicinal substances.
But unfortunately, “The Buzz” could fall silent in the future.
Together instead of alone!
Collaboration forms the foundation of many family farms; it helps overcome difficulties and problems. Together, new strengths are developed. Cohesion brings success.
Against this background, FAIE decided to support bee conservation sustainably together with you, beekeepers and the 2028 project of Hektar Nektar.
Since April 2019, FAIE has been spreading a small bee meadow throughout Europe with every package that leaves our shipping center in Regau, Upper Austria. The enclosed seed sachets are intended to provide additional food sources for all busy bees. In addition, the product range will be expanded to include items for beekeeping needs in the future.
FAIE and the PROJECT 2028
Since July 2019, FAIE has been supporting the company "Hektar Nektar" with its PROJECT 2028, a platform that brings farmers, beekeepers, and businesses together. Under the motto "Protecting Bees Sensibly and Supporting Beekeepers," participating companies sponsor beekeepers in their initial beekeeping activities with a starter package worth €950.

FAIE supports Hektar Nektar and supports three beekeepers in their work with bees. We are particularly pleased to be making an active contribution to bee conservation.
