Solar energy is the ideal power source for your electric fence energizer. It's environmentally friendly, as it doesn't produce harmful emissions and doesn't require fossil fuels. It's also low-maintenance and has a long lifespan. Therefore, if possible, use a solar-powered device for your pasture, or upgrade your battery-powered device with a solar panel.

There are several good reasons why a solar device is the ideal addition to your electric fence:

Depending on the energizer, a 12 V battery-powered device combined with a solar panel can operate maintenance-free throughout the entire season, without you having to constantly worry about recharging.
