At AKO, smart electric fence control means you can easily monitor (or control) your fence system from anywhere using an app, either on your smartphone or via a computer browser. The devices have a direct connection to the cloud/internet and therefore do NOT need to be integrated into a Wi-Fi network or connected to another central device: a simple yet ingenious solution that is unique on the market. There are no follow-up costs for using the included app functions or for transferring data from the device to the app. Likewise, an unlimited number of smart devices and users can be managed and integrated. The app not only provides you with the current status, but also historical trends of the fence and supply voltage, giving you a comprehensive overview.
The new smart electric fence family has grown significantly for the 2024 season and now offers solutions for every need and application. In the DUO range, in addition to the already known DUO Power X6000 smart the more powerful DUO Power Xi 8000 smart Both devices can be operated either with a 12V battery and optional solar support or with a 230V mains adapter. The electric fence energizers can be monitored and controlled via a free app. You can use the app to turn the energizer on and off, adjust alarm thresholds (individually set the minimum guarding voltage), and adjust the output power to your specific needs. As an additional feature, the smart electric fence energizers have integrated GPS tracking. This allows you to locate the device, especially in the event of theft, once it's connected to a power source. This provides you with an additional security feature to protect this important fence component.
So that you can not only supply your fence with electricity in a smart way, but also see anytime and anywhere via a free app whether your fence has sufficient electrical voltage over its entire length, there is the Smart Satellite as a digital fence tester, it's the latest innovation from AKO! Installed at multiple points along the fence, or at least at the point on your fence furthest from the electric fence energizer, it allows you to monitor the fence voltage at any time, regardless of location. If the minimum fence voltage preset directly on the satellite is exceeded, you will receive a real-time alarm via push notification. As described above, it also does not require a Wi-Fi connection or any other additional device to transmit the data; instead, it connects directly to the internet or cloud. The app is the same as the one used to control the electric fence energizers.
