This enamel baking pan should not be missing in any household.
Very versatile, on the stove as well as in the oven - e.g. B. for Buchteln, cakes, Kaiserschmarrn, casseroles, small brats, as well as on the stove for stews, soups, braised dishes, schnitzels, etc.
The material enamel is made of iron, which was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. made from natural raw materials.
The Riess enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for, enamel tableware lasts for a long time and retains its typical shine. Diameter 28cm, height 7.5cm

- Be particularly careful not to overheat the dishes. The optimal operating temperature for healthy cooking is 220C. Start the cooking process at medium level and then turn it up. ~ ~Never heat pots and pans when they are empty. Overheating can cause the base to deform or cause the hob to melt.
- Enamel is scratch and cut resistant. You can cut or remove food without worry using knives, forks or kitchen utensils.
- Avoid impact with hard objects or floors as well as vigorously tapping the edge of the pot with metal kitchen utensils, as this can lead to splintering.
