Recommendation for use:

For optimum results, we recommend the following dosage based on age:

Adults: 1x daily 15 ml.

Adolescents from 10 years: 1x daily 10 ml.

Children from 3 years: 1x daily 5 ml.

Shake well before use, as a sediment may form, but this does not affect the quality. Use a measuring cup to measure out the exact amount.
