Ballistol’s resin remover effortlessly dissolves and removes resin from all surfaces without leaving any residue.
Ballistol Resin Remover, specially developed for woodworking machinery and industrial maintenance, is the ideal solution for tools caked with resin, such as saw blades, planes and chisels. Simply spray on briefly and the resin can be removed easily and without leaving any residue. Ballistol Resin Remover is extremely economical and easy to use.
Particularly with sticky resins, you don’t want any drips running down the surface. Ballistol Resin Remover is designed to foam when sprayed, so it cannot drip.
How to use the Resin Remover
Spray the surface evenly with the Resin Remover and leave it to work for a few minutes. For heavy soiling, spray the Resin Remover on again. You can then wipe away the loosened resin, for example with a paper towel. To protect the tool from resin build-up in future, we recommend applying Ballistol Universal Oil after cleaning. This neutralises the resin remover and preserves the tool in a single step. It is recommended that you wear protective gloves when using the resin remover.
