This conical fermentation tank made of stainless steel with a 60° cone supports the sedimentation and separation of yeast from beer. The adjustable pressure valve up to 2.5 bar enables pressure control during fermentation. The total outlet and middle outlet in DN40 provide options for draining and filling, while the analog thermometer, sampling tap and spray head support process monitoring, sampling and cleaning.
