There is an adjustable ventilation flap on the smoker and on the charcoal drawer.
The Smoki oven has sturdy locks with a removable key (child safety lock!).
There is a perforated partition plate between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber.
You can heat and smoke with pure wood at the same time without adding smoking flour!
The oven can be hung on hooks or loaded with fish, meat or sausage on 9 additional levels.
9 holders for hooks/grids + 1 holder for the fat tray on each side are fully assembled
You can hot and cold smoke.
Optionally you can use an electric heater (Faie no. 109583) or a gas burner (Faie no. 38581)
