Product information "Smoki smoking oven 180cm for professionals"

The oven is double-walled, which guarantees you an even temperature distribution. In cold outside temperatures, the double wall reduces the formation of condensation. The smoking chamber is divided into two parts (heating/wood chamber + smoking chamber) and can be operated separately by two doors. There is also a comfortable ash box. Exhaust gases are removed via the side walls through the chimney flue and therefore do not contaminate the smoke from the smoking flour/chips. The smoking chamber is filled directly with smoking flour and you have absolutely clean smoke from your smoking flour.

Robust

Auch zum Kalträuchern geeignet, ohne Befeuerung nur mit Räucherschnecke im Rauchraum. Dank Schwerkraftrollen gut umstellbar trotz des hohen Eigengewichts. Teils scharfe Kanten unten am Ofen, beim Anheben von Hand über Schwellen etc. ist Vorsicht geboten - Verletzungsgefahr.
