How do the Chlorine Multitabs work?

The slow-dissolving Multitabs combine several active ingredients in one tablet. In addition to active chlorine for disinfection, they provide additional ingredients that keep important water values stable - completely automatically. This ensures that your pool is always in top condition and nothing stands in the way of carefree bathing pleasure.

However, an initial treatment is required before use: carry out a shock chlorination with fast-dissolving chlorine and set the pH value correctly using a pH raiser or reducer. Only then will the Multitabs develop their full effect. Ingredients:

Dosage:

You should first set all values so that the optimum range is reached (fast-dissolving chlorine and pH regulating agent). Only then should you add one chlorine multifunction tablet per 30 m³ of water to a dosing float every 5-8 days. You should not throw the tablet directly into the pool or place it in the skimmer, as bleach stains can occur in some pools. In addition, if the filtration is not working, there is a risk that the chlorine concentration in the skimmer area will become so high that it can be attacked, including the liner (if present).

These tablets can be used for pools with cartridge filters and for sand filter systems (even if filled with filter balls instead of sand). Continue to check the pH and chlorine levels regularly and readjust them if necessary. Optimum chlorine value: 0.6 - 1.5 mg/l (up to 2 mg/l depending on technology, number of visitors and temperature; up to 3.0 mg/l when using cartridge filters).
