Water filling and emptying fitting for tractor tiresfor 1/2" hoseFill your tractor/tractor tires with water quickly and easily. The Hanauer Maus makes it possible. The venting valve with internal thread and venting hose is screwed onto the tire valve. Via the hose nozzle of the filling fitting you can connect a 1/2 inch water hose.Why fill water into tractor tires?When working with the front loader, it can happen that the tractor loses grip on the rear axle. Instead of additional weights that put pressure on the rear axle, we recommend adding water to fill the tractor tires. The center of gravity shifts downwards due to the water in the tractor tires. This also reduces the risk of the tractor tipping over when driving diagonally on slopes.How is the Hanauer Maus used?First jack up the tractor and loosen the valve insert carefully with a valve screwdriver. Once the air has escaped, you can safely remove the valve insert. Now turn the tire until the valve is at around 11 o'clock. After you have inserted the ventilation hose into the valve body, screw on the Hanauer Maus. In the next step, attach the 1/2 inch water hose to the hose nozzle of the Hanauer Maus. Once the optimal level has been reached, you can fill the tractor tire with air. To do this, screw in a valve insert suitable for air and water. Empty tractor tires with the Hanauer MouseJack up your tractor and turn the wheel until the valve body is at the lowest point. Now remove the valve insert and let the water drain out. To completely empty the tractor wheel, take the Hanauer Maus and screw it onto the valve body. Now remove the hose nozzle and screw the valve insert into the internal thread of the Hanauer Maus. Now connect the compressed air tire inflator to press the remaining water out of the vent valve.How the Hanauer Maus worksWhile you are filling your tractor tire with water, the air can escape through the vent valve at the same time. As soon as water comes out of the opening, the filling process is complete. If the Hanauer Maus is removed, the required 25% air remains in the tire.
