Ready-to-use special mix (NPS) for curing. Use about 25 g/kg of sausage mixture. Ingredients: fine sea salt, sodium nitrite (0.6%). Thanks to the special method of incorporating the sodium nitrite into the salt grains, the salt mix penetrates evenly all the way into the core of the meat, resulting in a faster and more even reddening!
