Ingredients: Mix of acids - tartaric, malic and citric acid - as they occur in the natural fruit.
Application: Perfect for must made from hawthorn, wild rose , chokeberry, strawberry, pear, grain and honey. The acids can be added to the must or the wine (depending on the acidity), the amount is between 5 to 15 g per 10 liters.
