The Gedore power side cutter 8316-160 JC is manufactured in the Gedore factory in Austria. The pliers are manufactured according to DIN ISO 5749.
The BCP marking on the cutting edge (Best cutting Power) shows them the optimal interface with the perfect use of force and thus ensures a 35 percent energy saving.
The Gedore power side cutter with inductively hardened precision cutting edges has the highest cutting performance with little effort. With a hardness of 63 HRC - 65 HRC and a maximum cutting performance of 2.4 mm wire, the power side cutter is in the upper cutting hardness range. The ergonomic 2-component handles have anti-slip nubs so the thumb can hold the pliers securely. The pliers are 16 cm long and are made of Gedore Premium CrV3 plus steel.
