Ford auxiliary control units

This connection plate is fitted as a replacement for the gearbox cover. The plate has 4 hydraulic connections on the top for P=pump, R=return, W=pressure transfer and Z=additional lift cylinder. This plate makes it possible to connect an externally mounted control unit. If no control valve with pressure transfer line is used, the W connection is closed. In order to guarantee the function of the tractor hydraulics with this installation, a shut-off-valve is fitted in the pressure line between connection P and the control valve. This must be closed when the three-point hydraulic system is used. This prevents pressure from escaping via the tank line of the additionally installed control valve.If a mobile control valve with pressure transfer line is used, connection W is connected to the pressure transfer line connection on the mobile control valve. This allows the tractor hydraulics and the mobile control valve to be used simultaneously. No shut-off-valve is required!Can be used in hydraulic systems of Ford tractor systems 3000, 4000, 5000.Max.
