Operating hours counter

Electronic operating hours counter for machines with PTO drive or rotating parts. The RotoCounter is particularly suitable for shared and rental machines to check and bill the operating hours incurred during use. The measurement is activated via the external sensor. The sensor works without a magnet, but requires elevations or depressions that rotate past the inductive sensor. The AGRETO RotoCounter operating hours counter can be mounted in any position and is completely tamper-proof thanks to a mounting plate with lock.The 6-digit display is in hours and minutes on a permanently switched on LCD display. At a short distance from this there is an inductive sensor that records the rotational movements and forwards them to the counting device. The counting process/time measurement only begins when the idle speed of the PTO shaft has exceeded 100 rpm. The counting device is equipped with a digital hour and minute display. The switch between operating hours display and speed display occurs automatically. As soon as the revolutions of 100 rpm are reached, the speed is displayed. When the drive shaft subsequently comes to a standstill, the display switches to the operating hours.Easy installation:The encoder disc is pushed over the standardized PTO shaft connecting piece and secured with a locking screw. An inductive sensor records the speed and passes it on to the operating hours counter. The cable length from the sensor to the display is 1.5m.
