Forestry chains, ropes & winches
Hydraulic control valve in monobloc design with electromagnetic 12 volt operation and manual emergency operation via hand lever. Standard radio valve for FAIE crane cable winches. The solenoid valve is double-acting and has a connection for pressure transfer,The connections to the working cylinders are locked in the zero position - no floating position in the O position!Technical data:12 V 3 AFlow rate max. 50 l/min.Operating pressure: max. 175 barConnections: 1/2 inch female thread inlet/outlet and consumer, 1/2 inch male thread for pressure transferControl valve with additional manual emergency operation.
Electromagnetic actuation with spring return to the centre position = floating position. The centre position is designed with an unpressurised circulation and connections A, B are both open into the return flow. Pressure relief valve on connection P (pump). Negative overlap of the gate valves.Standard version of the valves in parallel connection.Version: DE50Max. flow rate: 50 litres/minOperating pressure: 250 barMax. pressure: 300 barPressure relief valve set: 100 bar, adjustable from 100-250 barScrew-in thread A, B: R3/8″Screw-in thread P, P2, T, T2: R1/2″H=lifting, 0=centre position = SW = floating position, S=lowering.
Stainless steel shackle in a curved shape with screw bolts
Light and robust deflection roller with swiveling side parts, 100mm roller made of ~ Aluminum, suitable for ropes from 6 to 13mm, 1.1 kg weight, ~NOT designed for steel ropes! ~Minimum breaking load 90 kN, ~Winch pulling force max. 1.1 t.
High-strength coupling hook for hanging into the chain, with secured bolt, for mounting on the chain link
High-strength coupling hook for hanging into the chain, with secured bolt, for mounting on the chain link
High-strength slotted ring for hooking into the chain, tightens itself, with secured bolt, for mounting on the chain link. The extra large opening prevents the chain from jamming.
Advantage: direct connection to the chain without a connecting link.
SET of 5 - Dome slotted rings with large opening!for 8 mm chains!4000 daN permissible tensile force Advantage: - Chain tightens easily and quickly on the boom, - direct connection to chain without connecting link,
With hook lock
