For Wi-Fi-enabled mowers:
Wireless models that use EPOS® via the Husqvarna Cloud require reliable internet coverage across the entire lawn to operate. So if you have a Wi-Fi-enabled Automower® and Wi-Fi coverage in your yard is limited, this kit ensures it stays connected and works reliably.
For Bluetooth-enabled mowers:
For mowers that only have a Bluetooth connection, adding a cellular connection allows you to use your smartphone to start or stop the mower, change settings, and receive notifications without having to be near the mower.
The kit must be installed by a Husqvarna dealer. Then simply download the Automower® Connect app for free from the App Store or Google Play to control your mower with ease.
Automower®’s cellular connection works in most locations, but there are some areas where coverage may be limited. Since the mower uses a dedicated cellular network that is different from your phone’s, your phone’s connection status is not a reliable indicator of whether the mower has reception. For more information, contact your local dealer.
