BICATOP is given to calves that suffer from diarrhea. The calf loses fluid and buffer bases due to diarrhea. The bolus contains sodium bicarbonate as a buffer substance against acidification and ensures that calves are happy to drink. 1 BICATOP at the first sign of diarrhea and 1 bolus after the next 3 meals.
1 bolus contains 90% sodium bicarbonate
20 boluses of 15 g
