Dietary mineral feed to support the regeneration of claws and claw skin.
The bolus specifically supplies the animals with biotin, organically bound zinc and vitamin E over a period of >two months. It promotes keratin synthesis and maturation of the claw horn. Biotintope has a positive effect on the cement between the horn cells and makes the horn harder and therefore more resilient. The resistance of the claws is supported and is better protected against harmful environmental influences.
1 long-term bolus supplies the animal for eight weeks and is administered in addition to claw care or during the dry period.
Dosage:< /strong>
Administer 1 BIOTINTOP bolus per animal
If necessary, repeat the application after 8 weeks.
For animals weighing 250 kg or more
Composition: Magnesium oxide, rapeseed oil, lignocellulose from spruce, calcium salts of organic acids

Calcium 0.3%
Magnesium 7.9%
Phosphorus 0.0 %
Sodium 0.2%

General information about biotin
Biotin supports hoof health. It strengthens the claws and has a positive influence on keratin production and fatty acid metabolism. Claw damage can be prevented by feeding 20 mg of biotin per animal per day. Biotin improves the strength of the regrowing horn and the quality of the intercellular cement as protection against the penetration of infectious agents. It increases the resistance of the claws to mechanical, chemical and physical stress.
Notes for proper use: Feeding with a suitable bolus applicator. They must not be used on lying cattle. Do not use broken or damaged boluses.
