• No. 00 – 45 µm: Coarse and pre-filtration of must, oil and liquids containing large particles
• No. 0 – 25 µm: Initial clarification of cloudy wine or must after fermentation
• No. 4 – 10 µm: Coarse filtration of pre-clarified liquids
• No. 8 – 3 µm: Fine clarification for removing fine suspended particles
• No. 16 – 0.9 µm: Polishing filtration and substantial yeast cell retention
• No. 24 – 0.25 µm: Sterile filtration before bottling for retention of bacteria and yeast
