In contrast to thermal welding processes or adhesive binding, guaranteed 10% binder-free.
The only milk filter certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Can be used safely in organic farms.
No damage to the filter surface due to seam holes and therefore previously unattainable filtration properties compared to conventional filters made with seam connections.
Fleece manufactured according to special specifications impresses with its top tear resistance.
This has been proven in numerous tests Filter material adjusted so that the quality of the milk is preserved through gentle filtration and an optimal throughput capacity is guaranteed.
The throughput capacity is additionally positively influenced by the lateral ultrasonic welding. It allows 100% use of the filter surface and has at least the tear resistance of sewn connections.
