This therapeutic mud pack, made from ground oil shale and pure Tyrolean mountain spring water, is designed for local heat therapy and supports the treatment of chronic rheumatic or degenerative conditions of the musculoskeletal system. The oil shale therapeutic mud is derived from Alpine Jurassic oil shale marl and is ground without additives or chemical alterations. Available in a convenient 3-pack, the sealed gold-foil packet is pre-warmed in a warm water bath, applied to the affected area, and kept warm for approximately 20 to 30 minutes using a heat pack. Shelf life (best-before date): 30 months from date of production.
