Particularly practical: the plum corer fans out the flesh at the same time.
This makes the pitted fruit perfect for decorating cakes or desserts.
The sharp stainless steel blade removes the pit easily and cleanly from the plums.
The pulp falls directly into a bowl provided, while the pits are collected in the drip tray.
