Ie, if a current is applied to terminal 15 (button pressed once), the relay switches on terminal 87 and holds itself - current on terminal 87 despite releasing the button! When you press the button (impulse) again, the relay switches off again and terminal 87 is de-energized - impulse switch or toggle flip-flop.
In the rest position of the relay, terminal 87a is constantly supplied with power and is in one Changeover function with terminal 87.
