Aluminum oil air cooler in panel construction. Maximum operating pressure 26 bar, protection class IP68.Oil coolers are used in continuous operation of hydraulic systems to cool the hydraulic oil. However, oil coolers are primarily installed on systems that have been subsequently equipped with additional hydraulic consumers. In many cases, the tank contents are not increased during these conversion work and this increases the circulation and temperature of the oil in the hydraulic system. The optimal operating temperature of a hydraulic system is between 50-60C. Vorwiegend werden Ölkühler jedoch auf solchen Anlagen montiert, die nachträglich mit weiteren hydraulischen Verbrauchern ausgerüstet wurden. Bei diesen Umbauarbeiten wird in vielen Fällen der Tankinhalt nicht vergrößert und dadurch erhöht sich der Umlauf und die Temperatur des Öles im Hydrauliksystem. Die optimale Betriebstemperatur einer Hydraulikanlage liegt zwischen 50-60°C.
