Liquid manure

The galvanised steel hose end piece is a practical accessory for the slurry hose. It is fitted with a lateral angle iron which protrudes from the spout. The hose end piece prevents the slurry hose from sticking to the container or pit floor. The slurry hose is fastened with wide band clamps.The total length is 370 mm. The spout is 220 mm long.

Stainless steel hose ties RUST FREE, version W4. All individual parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The edges of the wide band clamps are crimped to ensure easier installation.

For visually checking the fill level of manure tanks or water tanks. You can see at a glance how much the barrel has emptied or filled. The level indicator is welded into the front face of the barrel. The flange size is 180x180mm. The length of the rod to which the float is attached is adjusted to the barrel size.The rod, bearings, washers and screws are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Fully galvanized, hydraulic connection 12L, thread M18x1.5. Single-acting, reset by maintenance-free gas spring, screw-in thread on the manure scraper M30x2.

The overflow valve has a connection for a pressure relief valve with a 2? internal thread and for a vacuum gauge with a 3/8? internal thread. The large float ball is a lightweight PVC ball. The smaller PVC ball attached to the sealing lip is heavier in order to achieve optimal sealing.
