- Material: The smoker cabinet is made of galvanized sheet steel and is on the outside plastic powder-coated.
- Insulation: All insides are insulated with special cement to ensure optimal smoking conditions.
- Door sealing: The doors are provided with seals to prevent smoke escape. < li>Ventilation slots: All ventilation slots are protected against vermin by a fine-meshed wire mesh (insect mesh).
- Temperature control: A thermometer shows the temperature in the interior.
- Installation location: The smoking cabinet should be installed in a cool, dry place with a chimney connection.
- Cold smoking: Since these smoking cabinets are primarily used for cold smoking (<25 C) are designed, we recommend a chimney length of at least 3 meters (above the chimney connection) for sufficient draft.
