In order to drive the RT series gearboxes with a drive shaft, a PTO stub is fitted instead of an oil motor. The PTO stub has a profile of 1 3/8 x 6 and, on the gearbox side, a smooth shaft with a diameter of 25 mm and a keyway.
In agricultural technology, scraper floors are often driven with a hydraulic drive via an oil motor in conjunction with a scraper floor gear. These drives can be found in loading wagons, manure spreaders and also in chopping wagons. For this purpose, gearboxes with a high reduction ratio and a high transferable torque are used. The gearboxes are supplied with different diameters for the drive shaft. A hydraulic motor with a shaft diameter of 25 mm and an SAE-A flange is used on the input side. The design of the hydraulic motor depends on the required speed of the scraper floor shaft and the available liter output of the hydraulic pump. In general, torque peaks of up to 2 times the nominal torque do not cause any damage to the individual gear components. However, complete integrity can only be guaranteed by a suitable safety device.Delivery without oil motor!
